As UK's Leading & Largest Lash Brand We pride ourselves at Dollce Doll on having the FASTEST shipping times, therefore we work extremely hard and late including weekends to ensure that you can get your Lash Supplies 365 days a year.  All orders are Dispatched the same day if ordered before 7pm Monday to Thursday and before 4pm on a Friday and 2pm on a Saturday. Now also shipping on a Saturday and a Sunday! We're dedicated to our customers.

UNITED KINGDOM

For Next Day DPD UK deliveries, all orders must be placed before 7pm Mon - Fri. Orders placed after 7pm will be processed the next working day.

For Saturday Delivery please order before 4pm on a Friday using DPD SATURDAY

For Sunday Delivery please order before 2pm on a Saturday using DPD SUNDAY

If ordered after the cut off times they will be dispatched next day deliveryon the next working day.

RETURNS

Goods purchased from Dollce Doll may be returned for a refund, exchange or replacement within 14 working days from receipt of delivery. Please note: All eyelash products are non returnable due to them being hygeine products, all sales are final. All returned items must be in a unopened, unworn condition. Before these goods are returned, please ensure that you request a returns form via email or you can download from our website. Click here to download. All Dollce Doll lashes sales are Final and can not be exchanged or returned.
